I’m Chaila, a certified Sound Healer, Yoga Instructor, and Kinrgy Connect Guide. My own journey with these practices has been deeply healing. Through anxious seasons and life’s transitions, sound and movement helped me find stillness, release stress, ease pain, and reconnect with myself, and I’m passionate about offering that same space for others.
